Delete my account
You can request the deletion of your Constella account and your data here, without the app. Enter your account’s email address: we’ll send you a link to confirm.
Deleted: your first name, photo, email address, phone number (only an unreadable fingerprint of it is kept for 30 days, to prevent fake duos), notifications and sessions; your duos are dissolved. Kept, linked to an anonymous account that no longer directly identifies you: payments and accounting records, bubbles shared with your partner, support requests and the security log, for the periods set out in the privacy policy.
